Guided Trekking in the mountains and Forests

Burma Bridge

This is a bridge that consists of a thick rope for walking upon, and two ropes to hold on to. The bridge stretches across a gorge. You are ready to cross when you have put on the harness and connected yourself to the safety rope.

Tug of War

Tug of war, also known as tug o' war, tug war, rope war or rope pulling, is a sport that directly pits two teams against each other in a test of strength. The origins of tug of war are uncertain, but it is beyond dispute that this once royal sport was practised in ancient Egypt and China, where it was held in legend that the Sun and Moon played Tug of War over the light and darkness.


Bonfire at Nights

A bonfire is a controlled outdoor fire used for informal disposal of burnable waste material or as part of a celebration. Celebratory bonfires are typically designed to burn quickly and may be very large. It was evening and after snacks and coffee in the common camp, we all sat in a circle of nice cushy bamboo chairs while a bonfire was being prepared for all.


Tehri Dam

Tehri Dam at New Tehri is quite famous. This dam is built on the confluence of River Bhagirathi and Bhilangna and make for an interesting visit. While at New Tehri, also visit the Pant Research Institute where fruits and plants are grown.

Kodia Jungle

Kodia Jungle is 3 km away on the road towards Chamba. It is a very nice picnic spot. A level walk of 7 to 8 km will show dense forests opening into a vast expanse of undulating hills and valleys. Tiny, gurgling natural springs are along the way. The track is jeep able. You could spot a few wild animals.

Mussoorie

Mussoorie is 38km from Kanatal and is a popular tourist destination.

Chamba

Chamba is 16 km from Kanatal. Chamba is untouched and untamed by the vices of urbanisation and commercialisation.

Dhanaulti

Dhanaulti is 8 km from Kanatal. Dhanaulti is like a cool winter breeze. Unspoilt by commercialisation, one can feel nature here. Treks, pony rides along fruit orchards and water streams appearing from nowhere can keep you busy as there is little commercialisation. Roads to Dhanaulti are not so bad and this can be a place worth visiting.

Shivpuri

Shivpuri is about 75 km from Kanatal and close to Rishikesh is Shivpuri, where you can enjoy rafting. Shivpuri is perhaps the most convenient and popular rafting destination close to Delhi. The best time to go is from September to October and then from March to May. It is closed in the monsoon season.

Day 1 – Dehradun to Kanatal

Meet and greet with the representative at the Dehradun bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Kanatal. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the Camp. After checking in to the Camp in Shivpuri, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. In the evening time, you will be 200 mtrs trekking up to Camps and have a splendid scenic view from there. After returning to camp, you will enjoy a bonfire and some music with delicious snacks. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the camp only and this is how the first day of your journey ends..

Day 2 : Kanatal Sightseeing Adventure

On the second day of your tour, you need to get up early and have the delicious breakfast and then get ready for an adventure day. Today enjoy some of the adventure activities like rock climbing, trekking, valley crossing, Jungle safari, rappelling, river crossing, etc. After an exhausting day its time to return back to the Camp and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, crash on your bead and wake up with a beautiful morning..

Day 3 – Kanatal to Dehradun

This is the last morning in Kanatal. After getting have your breakfast in the camp itself. Now since its the last day of your journey so you will be checking out of the Camp. Then you will be transferred back to dehradun with the sweet memories of your trip.
